Eric Foss runs one of the best record labels you never heard of: Secret Stash. Based out of Minneapolis, MN, Secret Stash reissues a variety of different genres. From African Funk to Peruvian Soul to Porno Grooves to Boogaloo,Gospel Funk and everything in between, they are a solid label with a roster of great artists. Most likely you never heard of any of them, but after one listen you will be begging for more. This past year he unearthed the gem from Mickey Murray, People Are Together. A solid funky nugget, it’s just another arrow in the huge quiver of releases that all hit the bulls eye. This is one label to watch out for.
