Djar One – They Want More b/w Cradle to the Grave

Dance floor banger Alert! Djar One is back with his eighth release, “They Want More”. Reminiscent of those 90’s party records that made you move, he collabs with Dutch emcee Blabbermouf and Ellmatic to make the floor jump, jump. With the funky fresh flow, fast raps, and a bit of a reggae twist to it, the B-Boys will be jumping around to it in no time. On time cuts by Masta Moon from the Serpat Crew/ LH. The flip is tough as well, a collab with NYC lyricist Napoleon Da Legend. “Cradle To The Grave” reminds us of a track that could have been on New York Reality Check 101, it’s got that feel to it. Soulful with hard hitting drums, it also features cuts from more of the Serpat Crew/ LH, DJ Safe. We almost wish there was an instrumental as well, it’s that dope. Linmited to 300 copies, you’ve got two different flavors on this record. One definitely for the B-boys and B-Girls and the dance floor to get down to, and the other a straight up head nodder to also get the party started in an NYC style when you need that feeling.
