Off of his new release The Good Fight, Oddisee drops a track and video for “Belong To The World”. With a soul/ gospel/ jazz feel and definite banging drums, this social outcry is on the positivity tip. It’s about not fitting in. It’s about not feeling right with certain groups of people. It’s about really understanding that we as people are a part of something much bigger than whatever small things we think we should be a part of. The artists says:

When you think about it, what he is saying rings so true. He does belong to the world, as well all do, and at the end of the day, that’s it. We really respect an artist like Oddisee, his dedication to putting out a positive message, and staying humble as he travels through his path in life. This track touches many, and that’s a good thing. This track is on HEAVY rotation this morning in the offices, and you’ll agree that it’s catchy hook and head nodding beat can’t be denied.
