Friday nights in September at the Ace Hotel in New York City just got a lot funkier! FleaMarket Funk invades the lobby once again with our special blend of funky soul, classic hip hop, raw funk, greasy jazz, real reggae, original samples and plenty of drum breaks throughout our month long stay at the Ace. We always bring lots of treats for our nights here: From Dilla to Lou Donaldson, De La Soul to Dennis Brown, Lee Perry to Renaldo Domino, Damu The Fudgemunk to Babe Ruth, we try to keep it funky in all genres. No drums are safe on these nights people. The Ace Hotel is our home away from home and one of our favorite places to spin at in NYC, so if you haven’t checked out a FMF invasion, here’s your chance.The best part about it is it’s FREE!
