Here’s a mix I did this past year for Friends and Lovers Radio. For the last year and more, I’ve been contributing to their radio series with a bunch of dope DJs who put together many mixes, helping DJs stay creative while also programming some eclectic sounds for subscribers to listen to each month. Although my monthly party at FnL was an 80s downtown dance party feel with Monk One called Shake!, I tried to step up the game for programming of their radio channel and put together a lot of different mixes, different genres, and most importantly, all of the mixes were spontaneous. This particular mix from February ’21 is one of my most favorite mixes I’ve done during the stretch.

Music has been a great soother and reliever for a lot of times in my life. This one is when you need to chill out, turn off the world, and just be.
