Big Ups With Orsii

If you have ever dealt with Jazzman Gerald, then you will know his right hand woman over at Jazzman Records, the fabulous Orsii. If you don’t know her, you are about to get to know her a little better. Orsii not only manages the Jazzman Records and Fat City Record shops but is a digger and great DJ in her own right. Representing the ladies in the DJ game, Orsii can be heard playing along side heavy hitters such as Gerald and Gilles Peterson among others (as if that isn’t some good company already) throughout the world. She has a really great outlook on life, music, digging and DJing. Her old radio show “Little Miss Sunshine” on laid Back radio can be listened to on the internet (recommended!) and her monthly show with Jazzman is a belter as well. It is our distinct pleasure to have her on the pages of Flea Market Funk this week in Big Ups.
