Today’s treat is another banger, Kista & Glad2Mecha’s Collecting Dust Lp. Two heavy labels, Soundweight and Dusty Platter collide to bring you a great project. RIYL 90’s production, jazzy samples, and positive rhymes, this effort was made by two who live this culture to the fullest. Kista’s beats are more than on point, while Glad2Mecha’s lyrics and flow are timeless. Some people might call it a throwback (we won’t), we’d like to say it’s a classic sound that never goes out of style.

Paying tribute to great producers like Pete Rock and Preemo is evident, but it goes deeper than that. It’s more than some pop star wearing shell toes in their video, these two talk the talk and walk the walk. The duo dig deep to bring you a soulful listening experience. Get your headphones fam, sit back, relax, and get lost in this one over and over.
