Tomorrow night, we are back once again at the esteemed Friends and Lovers in Brooklyn for another night od the Shake! party. Shake! is all about the music. Good music. Feelgood music. Music that makes you get excited. It’s music that you can vibe, dance, and get crazy to. DJ Monk One (Wax Poetics/ Names You Can Trust) and I dig deep into our crates to play an exclusive set of all 45 RPM classics. From deep funk to proto disco to disco rap, we get down people. The place fills up early and the party rocks until the early morning. The best part besides the music? It’s free to rock with us. Hope to see all of our New York heads out.
