Continuing on with their Hard Word, No Pay digital series, ATA Records comes through with another scorcher. This time they have enlisted the talents of Sam Thornton to do a screaming version of BB King’s “So Excited”. Thornton rips this song to shreds, and with the spirit of BB in him, proceeds to tear the roof off the sucker. While he is excited about the track, we are excited as ATA Records adds more tracks to this growing compilation, which will be released as a vinyl only release in the future. With previous efforts by Maggie Somers, Rachel Modest, Jermaine Peterson, and the Yorkshire Film And Television Orchestra featuring Martin Connor, this compilation is shaping up to be very a very anticipated project here at Flea Market Funk. We might add that this is another FREE DOWNLOAD from the good lads over at ATA Records, so have a listen to the track and then download the track(s) as well.
