Flea Market Funk x FM Jersey City

Been super busy with the gigs lately, but I figured I’d share something today about a new spot in Jersey City called FM. FM is an analog bar with a 1970’s theme when FM radio was king. With a full menu of eclectic food and a great selection of drinks (I dig the Soul IPA), you’d be hard pressed to find a cooler themed bar in Jersey City. With a nod to vinyl records and the rich Jersey City music history, this new place is a perfect spot for FMF to lay down a soulful, all vinyl mix tonight. We will be bringing everything from soul to garage rock and of course some classics for you to nod your head to while you take in the space of the former Union Republic. This laid back vibe is just a short walk from the Grove Street PATH station. It’s nice to see a new bar/ restaurant open up that has gone through so much trouble to really get everything right. The decor, the carefully curated music, and even the little shout outs to Jersey City’s forgotten concert stadium, it’s all there and more.
