The thing about records is that a lot of times you need to be in the right place at the right time, and of course, we love when we are. So many times we have had to take a late pass, paying way more money for a record and then some unplayed stock turns up at regular price. BUt, if Right now, you are in the right place at the right time, and this record is something you are going to want to get your hands on. Only released on LP, “Natural Mystic” the classic roots anthem is now available on forty five via DKR and Channel 1. This tune was cut from the Naggo Morris era of the Heptones, and the flip side is a dub cut that was only available on dubplate, which was cut at the storied 29 Maxfield Avenune, now available for the first time on 45 rpm. Moody and mystical, we are pumping this loud this am. This is definitely a record that only comes along once in a while, and well, now it’s time. It’s not every day that they release a dubplate only track (that’s not the only reason you should buy it, both tracks are dope), so as they say, move it or lose it. The record comes with this statement: ” The dub mix is suitably sound system style, heavy and raw”. Seal of approval and a triple air horn.
