As if Mixcloud didn’t set the mix world ablaze with some of the mixes that get posted on there, we all now have a reason to check back on the daily because the incredible Mr. Thing has started a mixcloud account. GIANT AIRHORN! To say we are excited would be an understatement. The Big Ups alum and world renowned crate digger, DJ, and turntablist has been lighting up stages and delighting audiences with his razor sharp cuts and on point blends for quite some time. What is really great about this mix is it is a live, all in one take like we do here at FMF all the time. What you hear is what you get, and Mr. Thing plays a great mix of the old and the new: stuff he likes to play out. So sit back and enjoy this gem, Mr. Thing comes quite correct and starts your weekend off the right way. He’s also stated he will be uploading a lot of his old break mixes (WHAT!), so follow dude on mixcloud and wait for the straight black crack gold mixes to start dropping. If you aren’t familiar, this is a great introduction to a solid DJ who has been killing it throughout his career.
