Whoa, that was a mouthful, but let’s get real. One of the most influential and respected albums in the last 20 years is back for all the heads who rocked the cassette until it popped in their ride. This time it’s chock full of stuff you didn’t have. This is the Bentley of reissues of this project.

The holy grail of the Wu-Tang disciples, you all know the history. Heads are still trying to dig up one of the original 10K cassettes that were put in cases in the well known shade of lavender. The original tape, now this is 2015, and the original tape is over $100 on the web. We get it, it’s history, but Get On Down is offering up the following in this very limited edition release. The Purple Tape is something that remains just as good twenty years later as it was when it first dropped. The beats are on point, the rhymes are just as fresh, and the Chef proves that the Wu are indeed one of the greatest crews that hip hop has ever seen. For real though, let’s connect, politic ditto.
