With their long awaited second record about to drop tomorrow, The Avalanches collaborate with Australian video collective Soda_Jerk with a 14 minute video of over 100 movie and television plus concert footage and original animation set to music from their new record Wildflowers. The sampling police are going to have a field day with this one. It’s like the Paul’s Boutique of videos, so watch this thing, or even download it here, while you can people before it is taken down for good. While this is not being billed as an official video, it seems that it is a real collaboration, and we couldn’t be more thrilled, seriously. Thank God The Avalanches are back. Now go watch this video about a million times. It gets better with each time.
