Fraternity Music Group has always been able to come through with the great 45s. Everything from The Du-Rites to The Zone Identity to DJ Frane to East Side Connection and more, the records Undercover Brother Vic puts out are top notch, drum heavy, and guaranteed to always rock a party. This release is a shining example of once again how the label does. This time it’s the impeccable The UB’s, covering two hip hop sampled classics in “Uphill Piece of Mind” and “Impeach The President”. Both tracks are done very tastefully and are top notch as per usual. Just like the previous release “Soul Foundation”, this record (with a bootleg looking label to boot) is definitely a must for all you drum heads and classic sampled material cats out there. Of course you’ll need two to cut it up properly, so doubles are required with this baby.
