Best Digging Story:
I was diggin’ in Anchorage, AK around ’03 at a second-hand store called Bishops Attic, while I was going through the records they had which were all garbage some dude came up to me and asked me if I liked records and if I wanted to take a look at a stack that was sitting in the basement of a house he just bought. To make a long story short I wound up buying about 150 records for like 50 dollars in that stack were copies of the 24 Karat Black record, Change Up the Groove by Roy Ayers, Black Merda, Don Blackman and a bunch of other bombs!
Favorite Mix and Why. Any Genre, Any DJ.
My Favorite mixes will forever be the ones that I would tape on the radio in the early ’90s mainly by Kid Capri when he was on WBLS if I’m not mistaken my tapes are long gone but I can still hear the mixes in my head every time I hear certain songs.
